Refund Policy

These arrangements apply to digital workbooks bought directly from Sort & Keep. Keep your purchase confirmation and an untouched copy of your files.

Immediate downloads and cancellation

Before checkout, we ask you to agree to immediate access after payment and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right ends when downloading starts. We record your agreement and include it in your purchase confirmation. Until downloading begins, you can contact us to exercise any cancellation right that applies. If the required agreement was not obtained, your applicable cancellation rights remain.

If something is wrong with the file

Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose agreed with us, and as described. If it does not meet those requirements, contact us. Applicable remedies include repair or replacement, and a price reduction or refund where required by law. We will not impose a 14-day reporting limit on statutory remedies.

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us so we can investigate and correct the duplicate charge.

Change of mind after downloading

Where you gave the required agreement and acknowledgement before downloading, there is no automatic change-of-mind cancellation right once downloading has started. This does not remove your rights if the content is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet applicable statutory requirements.

Try a free workbook

Our Free Budget Tracker and Free Weekly Meal Planner let you try a spreadsheet before paying. They are separate starter products, not full demos of every paid workbook.

Get help

Email [email protected] with your product name, order reference and a description of the issue. Please do not send card details or private workbook records. We aim to respond within two working days.

For older purchases through another marketplace, include that marketplace receipt so we can identify the purchase. Its payment and support process may also apply; statutory rights are unaffected.

Your rights come first

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us if you are unsure which arrangements apply to your order.
