Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Sort & Keep website at sortandkeep.com and workbooks bought directly through the site. Sort & Keep is operated by MorpheOS Ltd. Contact [email protected] for product or order help.

1. What you buy

We supply downloadable spreadsheet files, not a subscription or a physical product. The product page describes the contents, editions and requirements. Workbooks are supplied as Excel (.xlsx) files in a ZIP archive; you can use Excel or import the files into Google Sheets. Access to your chosen software is not included. A computer is recommended for setup.

Each product includes its stated regional editions. EUR formatting does not make a workbook country-specific tax software. Review the instructions and replace starting examples with your own records.

2. Your licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use and modify the workbook for your own personal or business records and keep copies on your devices. There is no recurring Sort & Keep subscription. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files, upload them to a marketplace or file-sharing service, claim authorship, or sell a competing product made from them. The underlying intellectual property is not transferred.

3. Payment and delivery

The page shows the price in your selected currency. Review the final total and payment details in Stripe Checkout before paying. After payment is confirmed, you receive a download link on the order page and by email. Keep a copy of your files; you can request another link through Find my download. No physical delivery is involved.

4. Cancellation and problems

We ask for your explicit agreement to immediate access and acknowledgement that the 14-day cancellation right ends when downloading starts. We record that choice and confirm it by email. Read the digital-download and refund policy for cancellation and help with faulty or misdescribed content. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

5. Use and limitations

These workbooks organise records and perform the calculations described on the product page. They do not replace financial, tax, legal, medical or nutritional advice, bookkeeping services or your own checks. They do not automatically connect to your bank or other accounts unless a product explicitly says otherwise. Nothing here excludes the statutory requirements that digital content be of satisfactory quality, fit for an agreed purpose and as described.

6. Updates

The terms provided at purchase apply to that purchase. Later website changes do not remove your existing statutory rights. A purchase does not promise every future product or update unless the product page explicitly includes it.

7. Support

Email [email protected]. We aim to respond within two working days. Include the product and a description of the issue, without card details or private records.
